- After the payment transfer process, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged for a different product size (as long as the requested size is still available).
- Shipment will be made at the earliest H+1 after payment is confirmed (excluding Sundays and for shipments with cargo expeditions).
- If the transaction is made on a holiday/red-letter day, it will be processed on the next business day.
- Once the item has been picked up by the expedition, the item is under the responsibility of the expedition party.
- Delivery time depends on the expedition chosen by the buyer.
